PART C | INCORPORATED POLICIES
POLICY 5 - CHILD SAFEGUARDING POLICY
5.1 Standard of care. The Programme serves primary and secondary school students, most of whom are minors. The Licensee shall exercise the highest standard of care in all dealings involving Students.
5.2 Parent involvement. All enrolment discussions, payment matters and consents must be conducted with the Parent or guardian. No commitment may be procured from a minor.
5.3 Communication rules. The Licensee shall: (a) communicate with Students only through channels and in a manner approved by the Licensor, professionally and transparently; (b) not initiate or maintain private, hidden or social communications with any Student; (c) copy or involve the Parent in communications with a Student wherever practicable; and (d) never request, share or store images, videos or personal information of Students except through the approved Platform with Parental consent.
5.4 Media consent. No photograph, video or testimonial of a Student may be used in marketing without the documented prior consent of the Parent.
5.5 Escalation. Any safeguarding concern — including any suspicion of harm, abuse, grooming, bullying or inappropriate conduct involving a Student — must be escalated to the Licensor immediately, and the Licensee shall comply with the Licensor's child safety directions and all applicable laws, including reporting obligations where applicable.
