PART C | INCORPORATED POLICIES POLICY 6 - PLATFORM ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

6.1  Credentials. Login credentials are personal to the Licensee (or its named authorised users) and must not be shared, sold or disclosed. Credentials must be kept secure, with reasonable security measures on devices, and any suspected compromise notified to the Licensor immediately.

6.2  Prohibited use. The Licensee shall not: (a) access or attempt to access any part of the Platform or data beyond its authorisation; (b) scrape, crawl, bulk-download, copy or export any data, content or database from the Platform except as expressly permitted; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Platform; (d) upload or transmit any malicious code or unlawful content; or (e) use the Platform other than for the Permitted Purpose.

6.3  Suspension and audit. The Licensor may suspend or restrict access for security, investigation or breach. The Platform's audit logs and system records are admissible as evidence of access and activity and prevail unless manifest error is shown.
